Full service creative and UX for ICL Speciality Fertilizers flagship loyalty scheme
ICL’s Turf Rewards scheme is a points based loyalty scheme, rewarding customers with a range industry specific rewards. I helped to revamp the existing visual brand, starting with traditional print media campaigns but rapidly moving into digital advertising and a complete redesign of the Turf Rewards website and app.
The new site and app had two main objectives: to push new sign-ups and to streamline the user experience. We looked at the mechanics of the existing site, going through a rigorous process of research and wireframing.
