36 Days of Type
My take on the
annual typographic challenge.
36 days of type is an international typography project, where creatives from all over the world submit their letterforms on Instagram, every day for 36 days.
Last year I finally took it on, setting a simple theme of black and white and trying to design a different style every day. The emphasis was less on the finished letterforms but more on the ideas and fast pace of the execution. Across the 36 days I worked with photographic, geometric, hand-drawn and animated executions, working with existing type as well as creating my own letterforms from scratch.
